Confirmation and Presentation of Award
A list of all candidates deemed eligible for the award shall first be approved by the Academic Board before presentation at a congregation assembled for that purpose. The diploma shall indicate the principal subject(s) offered and the class of degree awarded.
Cancellation of Award
Notwithstanding the confirmation of an award of a degree and presentation of a diploma, the affiliated university may at anytime cancel an award, even with retrospective effect, if it becomes known that:

A candidate had entered the University College with false qualification. Or
A candidate had impersonated someone else. Or
A candidate had been guilty of an examination malpractice for which a grade Z would have been awarded. Or
That there are other reasons that would have led to the withholding of confirmation of the award in the first place.
